Cornelis at Oosteinde 9 Fully Leased to International Tenants

Cornelis, DME Amsterdam's monumental property at Oosteinde 9, has reached full occupancy. With all four offices now leased to multinational tenants, the building's transformation is complete.

Every detail of Cornelis has been considered to bring its transformation to a close: hand-lacquered brass signage, graphic pathways guiding visitors to each floor, softly lit hallways, and borders ready to bloom. With all four offices within the building now leased, Cornelis stands complete; a testament to DME’s commitment to design and craftsmanship at every stage of a project’s journey.
DME Amsterdam extends its congratulations to each new tenant, wishing them continued success as they shape their businesses in their new home. The full lease-up of Oosteinde 9 was achieved in close collaboration with Broersma Werken en Wonen and Spring Real Estate.
